Took the 30 day challenge and did it! Didn't really think it would be as hard as it was at times kinda forgot what happened to me (I grew up) lol. I often told my phone nope I can't do that so... šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø It's definitely been an experience and growth in reality, I plan on continuing to work! Hope to see ya'll there!

Hi all! Iā€™m donešŸ™ŒšŸ½A great accomplishment for me. Thereā€™s a small glitch unless Iā€™m missing something. I completed all the videos but it reads Iā€™m at 98% completion? Anyone experiencing this? Iā€™m so happy. I feel my body has changed a bit. My muscles are definitely ā€œlongerā€ and Iā€™m performing much better in tennis!! A win win!! Thank you CFā¤ļø
