thanks for the info. follow up question. you mentioned storing 2 sets of bands; are there extra handles available? sometimes I want to switch but I don't because of the hassle of switching the handles. it would be really nice to be able to double up on them or switch from different bands more easily.

this session was a killer! my abs were sore the next day, which is very unusual for me. I can't believe this is the very first video you ever posted, if it had been the first one I had ever seen, there's no way I would have followed through with using my corefirst. this is one of the hardest videos I've done. I loved it, but it's definitely not for a beginner!!

I saw someone in the comments of one of the workouts saying how the wall anchor was a game changer for them and I want to understand how. I was just looking at it and it seems like you're stuck with the anchor at one height. The ability to move the bands is one of the great things about it, what would be the advantage of having the anchor?

I loved it. I particularly appreciated how the sessions kept moving without a lot of time spent on unnecessary explanation. My only complaint is that it's over and now I don't know what I'm going to do for the next month! maybe I'll repeat it, I hope you have plans to do more for us!

I really like this one too! When I put the ball between my legs, I'm pretty short and the ball is basically sitting on the ground, is there a modification? should I use a smaller ball? I can still squeeze it a little but I'm not holding it up in any way.

love this challenge. yes, I've joined and it's great, although like another poster said, it's a bit easy so I have to do modifications to up my game, but no worries, I can do that! I hope you do another program, maybe an advanced one? 🙂❤️

I keep seeing a message that says video is not available with my subscription plan. Fortunately I can see the workout videos, just not the informational videos.
