ok, I just figured something out. frustrating that nowhere on this site (that I could find) does it say anything about this. we can add stuff to the calendar on our own. I just went and added the entire Tracy Mallet program to my calendar across 8 days. when you go to the calendar, click on the add workout button and then you get a list of all the programs. they're not sorted particularly well, but you can find them. I just clicked on them in order. That will work for me. I would prefer that corefirst do it, but as we've observed, they're not that interested in the subscription program. I just set myself up for 2 weeks of workouts. hope this help everyone.

nothing all November so far. why bother?? I will cancel this year. this plea has completely fallen on deaf ears.

this is my biggest pain point: i love core first and I've asked countless times to keep the calendar updated with workouts for us. i don't do well choosing from so many options. somehow, there are workouts posted for a while and then nothing. i probably won't renew the subscription if things don't change. the subscription is more expensive than most. I would like something for the excessive cost! you have the workouts, can't you just pick them and post them on the calendar?!! thanks!!

Jeffrey thanks for this. still, this doesn't do much for us the next couple of weeks. This is a relatively expensive subscription. Not asking for new content, just looking for some workouts to be placed on the calendar so I have some guidance on what to do each day. unfortunately, you'll have to do some good convincing to get me to sign up for another year if this is your model. a shame, because I love the workouts otherwise.... it's just too daunting to know where to look in this big catalog of workouts.

any chance you can rehash some old stuff onto the calendar for us? it's so much easier to have it curated than to find something I want to do daily. we're paying a lot for this subscription, something to keep us going seems appropriate.

that's all great, and I've been doing the challenges. love them. There are also full weeks where there is no content curated on the calendar at all. I know there is access to all the recordings but for me, just like with a personal trainer, I want someone to tell me what to do. otherwise I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what video to do. it's a big part of why I subscribed. so this is a more general question about the plans of keeping fresh content coming and helping us with our weekly workout goals, not just during challenges and sporadic weeks. thanks

I love my core first and want the subscription to keep me going and engaged. are there plans to make the subscription content more robust and frequent? I just got charged for my subscription and I am questioning if it's worthwhile when there's is sporadic new content and inconsistent workouts posted on the calendar. there hasn't been a challenge since January that I'm aware of... just having trouble justifying keeping the subscription.

wait? seriously? if I put my mat 6-12 inches from my anchor point, the handles wind up halfway down the mat. do you mean 6 to 12 in from the end where the wraps are?

I have so much difficulty with the sliders. it seems like my foot slips off or the slider gets stuck. I have a shag rug so I do it on my hard floor. I vacuum beforehand so there's no little gritty things on there to prevent the slide, I try less pressure on the slider, more pressure on the slider. sometimes it goes but mostly I get frustrated. what's the trick?
