Is there a way for us to add a program to the calendar without having to put in individual classes? This way we can have classes programmed in while waiting a few more weeks?

Could you add a stretch recommendation to each scheduled workout date?

Thanks for this. Are they scheduled for three days a week? That is all that is showing on my calendar.
