Day 5 DONE! I can't express how happy I am about my CoreFirst. With every workout I have found more muscles to develop and a feel-good soreness I didn't think I would get. I am so happy that normal pilates will not be the same without my Corefirst and been thinking about how to use them with other pilates classes of some of my favorite instructors. I also noticed I've lost 10 pounds since committing to this program. Thank you so much for thinking about my health.

Day 4 done - getting the moves down and don’t have to look at the screen as much or pause the video. I know where to place my mat for better use of my cords. I can see myself doing this for a long time.
