Now that the 30 day challenge is over.. I think it’s time to challenge myself with some 30 minute Corefirst workouts for the rest of the week.

🙁Please help, I've been charged 3 times now and need help with a refund but haven't been contacted or received a message. Charged $14.99 on Jan 11 and $14.99 2 times on Jan 22.  Can someone help or give me some directions? I don't want to call my bank because that will mess up my subscription with you.

My name is Novella, hello ;) live in Missouri but from Maryland (Go Ravens!) I use to do yoga and decided it was right for my spirit so I decide to try Pilates because they are almost the same. While looking for my new Pilates gear I came across you guy. I love working out at home and this is just up my alley.
