I couldn't wait to do this workout because of the blocks. It was a challenge for sure and I did my best. I know I will get better in time. Now... the pull over was very hard because my core is not so strong YET. I just  pulled my legs up as best I could. I can say that my core is getting tight, I feel stronger and see a new body already in these past 2 week. Great workout.

I've decided to go back to being vegan and continue on my pilate journey. I used to do Yoga daily for many years so I want to do the same with Pilates.
