Thank you for today's workout. Do you or thinking about making Pilates warmup before we workout? All except one that I have come by warmup just a bit. It would be nice if I don't have to look for them out side of this great service.Ā

I did this yesterday but started feeling sick.

The most important thing about me is my love for God in heaven and I illustrate this by my actions.
