I enjoyed this workout immensely. Everyday I am getting stronger and stronger and I am losing weight which is a added perk. My objective/ goal was strength and movement on muscles that have been inflicted by surgery and nerve damage. I feel so much better mind body and soul doing this challenge then I have in 4 plus years thank you CF

A bit advanced for me but I believe watching and learning is as effective it motivates toward strength and resilience did what I could but NEVER Discouraged!

Love these Instructors they make me wish I was cool instead of a nerd. I was Able to Do all these moves and yes very challenging!!!

Great day… some moves are beyond me but I just received my CF bands and since I am a beginner beginner ( aka a recent couch potato) I find for me using just the bands are safe way to learn the more challenging moves and then incorporate my pilates resistance straps

This advanced program is not something I can perform but I would like to encourage others like me with lower limb’s disability to keep motivated and keep going! I watch EVERY Video and modify what the instructor is doing. Sliders are something I most likely will ever be able to use but I can do other exercises and that is what I focus on. As well I Always end each session with the “ If you could only perform 2” the exercises in the Welcome videos. CoreFirst is an amazing pilates system it truly has changed my life. I have lost a pound and I feel stronger and hopeful. Whether I can achieve an exercise is not the point for me. Its the PARTICIPATION that mentally makes me stronger hence impacts my physical health as well. Just had to state: YOU GOT This!!! @
