I added this onto a burn workout so I appreciated the deep core connection and lying down after standing in the burn workout. Nice πŸ‘

Yes agreed! I love getting a good flowing reformer class that leaves you feeling worked and pulled in. 40 minutes is a nice length too!

By far my favorite in the series - it felt delicious and challenging at the same time. I liked the feel of standing splits on reformer and I used heavy for the legs then switched to medium for abs and arms. Especially loved the carriage pull in and out for planks - great solid ab burn and the low belly work was nice and deceptive!
