This was delicious! I did a kettlebell HIIT workout right before and the flexion work felt great on my back and the stretches were much needed. Loved the front rowing work too πŸ™Œ

Omg Khetanya!!! I do your other advanced core add ons frequently but this is a godsend for postpartum lower abs! After safely rebuilding the core after 3 babies back to back I’m able to do advanced core workouts now but still targeting that low ab area. I had to hit pause a few times so I’m glad to have this challenge to come back to - def doing this a few days a week! πŸ’ͺ
