I am wishing I had taken pictures and measured body parts.  Oh well, what really matters is getting healthy.  See you at the next challenge!

I also am at 98% after doing today's exercises.  I have loved it too.  I can tell a difference in my posture.  Lots of good stuff packed into these videos these past 30 days.

Finished the challenge and got all the workouts completed!  I really love this system.  However, I plan on taking the rest of the week off.  I don't usually do much with my upper body and I think I over did it with my shoulders.  Plan on getting back into it next week once they have had the chance the heal.  I am looking forward to these workouts being a part of my regular workout routine.

I was lazy yesterday and didn’t get my workout in, so I did yesterday and today together. First time I have finished and feel a little shaky. I worked up a good sweat with the fat burn video. The side body one, there is a movie that allowed me to harness my inner black widow. That kneeling wood chopper with one leg extended to the side. Both good videos and a good challenge when done together.

I have really been enjoying the variety and combination of workouts I have gotten to do because of this challenge. Not gonna lie, I’m a little nervous about when it’s over and I won’t have a calendar to click on each day to tell me what workout to do. I have a tendency to have a routine and not do a variety. This challenge has been great with variety.

I recently started the Glucose Goddess Method. First week, you eat a savory breakfast, no sugar. I have been dealing with a pain issue for at least 10 years now that I have only come to realize within the past six months in part is due to inflammation. Usually, I have issues using my lower abdominal for 7-10 days a month. This month I really only had pain a day or two, but I was still able to participate in this challenge which is constantly using the core. Huge win!

Oh boy! Favorited today’s video. Lots of good moves for your legs. During the standing part lots of good balance work and plenty of those pulses. And holy cow! The last part when you are in bridge on the mat. If you ever wonder how to work your booty, do this video!

I loved yesterday's video.  Those pulses were killer!  I will be coming back to that one.

Today's stretch video for the quads was not my favorite.  So many of the videos have felt natural, but somehow these moves felt a little forced.

The Denver workout which focued on the lower core was no joke!  There were some of the moves I had to modify, like bend my legs rather than have them straight.  Working where I am at with the hopes of someday having the flexibility and strength of the women that lead us in these videos.

Today’s leg workout was a good one with a lot of those pulses. So, this is the second workout where the instructors have slipped the wraps up above their knees. Mine don’t open wide enough to do that. I have tried messing with the because I see slack in one side of the wrap but I don’t see how I can adjust it enough. For a work around I slipped the band through the wrap like you do the anchor around something and slid that up my leg. Might not feel as good if I had shorts on, but didn’t bother me since I was wearing full length leggings.

I forgot to post about yesterday's workout, so this post will be a twofer.

I enjoyed the fat burn workout.  I had a good sweat going by the end of it.  Lots of lunges and good ideas for how to incorporate the blocks to amp it up.

I really liked today's Villa Del Mar workout.  We used our legs a lot, but with how we were in relation to the anchor point, we both worked the muscle and stretched the muscle.  I have tight hamstrings, so I really like when I can get a good stretch in one them.
