Day 1 I didn't quite make it all the way through on my legs. They were shaking and I could barely hold them up. Hoping to repeat that workout at the end of the two weeks and rock it out. Today's two videos were good. About an hour after I finished I was beginning to feel just how much my abs had been engaged during the workout. Plan on doing to stretches and rolling tonight so that tomorrow can go smoothly. Enjoying the challenge so far.
