Hi everyone! My name is Melissa and I live in Pennsylvania. My first love in exercise is Pilates but I have done barre and yoga. I am 47 and have a 5 year old. I work from home & it has become hard to schedule exercise classes at a gym. I am thrilled to find this community. I feel like I have everything I need to get a good Pilates workout at home. The instructors are so positive and focus on good form.

I’ve had this CoreFirst for a while and I just fully started really utilizing the program. I love it but why isn’t the Pilates Fat Burn program included in the monthly subscription? This is very disheartening because I completed workout 1 and 2 and was hoping to continue the same program.

My name is Novella, hello ;) live in Missouri but from Maryland (Go Ravens!) I use to do yoga and decided it was right for my spirit so I decide to try Pilates because they are almost the same.
