Hi everyone! I'm Christy from Arizona. I'm a 54 Empty Nester. We have 6 children and 5 grandkids so far. This is a good time in life! I used to do reformer pilates and loved it, so I'm hoping I'll love this as much. This girl hasn't been active enough lately so I'm excited to start this challenge!
