Hi, brand new here. Is there a live schedule somewhere? When I log in the content mostly looks the same as the free version. What am I missing? Thanks.

I have been using the Corefirst since October and I can’t believe how much my strength has improved. This device has dramatically improved my ski season as well! This really has been a whole body transformation for me! Thank you for making a product that is accessible/affordable, easy to use at home and that truly works!

Sandy here for the first time. I have had all of the equipment for over a year. I am 71 years young and we have a 15 year old daughter and an 11 year old son. I love exercise and go to the gym 2-3 times a week to do weight training and treadmill. I am going to try and finally get started!

Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes

Description: A refreshing and low-carb alternative to traditional pasta, this dish is packed with vibrant flavors from homemade pesto and juicy cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

• 2 large zucchinis, spiralized

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

• 1/4 cup pine nuts

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 cloves garlic

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a food processor, combine basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, and lemon juice. Pulse until finely chopped.

2. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until a smooth pesto forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Toss the spiralized zucchini with the pesto and cherry tomatoes until well coated. Serve chilled.
