How do I sign up for the Corefirst App?

What do I get with my membership to the Corefirst App?
We have two options of access for the Corefirst App – Pilates Only or All Programs.
Pilates Only Program includes access to all Pilates programs as released.
Newly launched programs release a new workout each week for approximately 8 weeks.
All Programs includes access to all Pilates, Stretch, Strength, and Burn programs and workouts as released. It also includes access to our Exercise Libraries and exclusive content. Newly launched programs release a new workouts each week for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Workout at home, outdoors, on vacation, or anywhere life might take you. Customize your experience by pairing up workouts or creating your own with the exercise library.
How do I renew my Corefirst App Membership?
Your membership to the Corefirst App will automatically renew for the subscription term selected. You will be billed on the date of renewal based on the term (monthly, quarterly, annually).
To view your membership status, make sure to be logged in and select Account then Billing on our website training.mycorefirst.com or CLICK HERE
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, CLICK HERE or please login to your account via web browser at training.mycorefirst.com

Ø Make any membership changes included payment method, cancellation, or changes to subscription
How do change my password?
In App:
Ø Tap on Account
Ø tap EDIT PROFILE
Ø Tap CHANGE PASSWORD
Ø Enter current password, then enter new password
Ø Tap DONE
On web browser:

Ø Click the Menu option
Ø Select DASHBOARD
Ø Select SECURITY
Ø Enter current password, then enter new password
Ø Click Update Password
How do I reset my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, please open the Corefirst App on a web browser. CLICK HERE or go to our website training.mycorefirst.com
Ø Navigate to the Sign In page
Ø Select Forgot Password?
Ø Enter the email your created your account with
Ø Check email, including spam/junk, for email from Corefirst Training to reset password
How do I update my billing information?
To change any membership account information, please login to your account via web browser. CLICK HERE or visit training.mycorefirst.com

How often do you publish new Corefirst content?
We release a new video every week for newly released programs! Keep an eye out on our social media or through email for information on new programs and releases!
What age & experience are Corefirst workouts suitable for?
Corefirst can be utilized by any age and experience! We always recommend conferring with your physician before starting new fitness programs or regimens.
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Close out the Corefirst App and ensure that it is updated to the most recent version. Ensure that you are connected to WiFi or a stable cellular connection. Refresh the Corefirst App, and allow the video to buffer prior to starting your workout. If you continue to have trouble with a particular video, please reach out to us at info@mycorefirst.com
Can I watch videos using Chromecast and/or AirPlay?
YES YOU CAN! The Corefirst App is compatible with both Chromecast and AirPlay. Ensure that your device is properly set up to connect to either mirroring option. Open the video you would like to mirror and select the Chromecast or AirPlay icon on the video to have it cast to your compatible device.
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
The Corefirst App is not currently available as a downloadable application on smart TVs or devices at this time. You may use Chromecast or AirPlay to cast the videos from your mobile device to a compatible large screen.
Can I watch videos on my phone, tablet, or computer without using an app?
Yes! The Corefirst App and all the content contained within, are available through your web browser. CLICK HERE or login to your account at training.mycorefirst.com
