I think I need to think about this practice a little bit more because I don’t think I have challenges about this process. I need a day off… may that…I’ve never workout 7 days a week, so that is a challenge. Other then that I can’t think of any.

Longer stretches..so you don’t have to go in and out to other stretch videos. Even though, that was great.
