I am proud that I accomplished every workout, Even when I was sick. I am proud of the changes in my body from continuing to do my Pilates daily. I am proud of me just because. I am proud that even when it was hard I continued. I did it. I am proud.

To be honest, I don’t know about the straps with stretching. Especially for my upper body it’s very uncomfortable.

Wow, that was hard and a lot of balancing needed to be done there. Great workout.

I love the This practice and the words at the end that states: we need each other. Independence produces significant amounts of strength that independence cannot. When the wind blows in your life when the soul erodes or get soggy, Who supports you to help you maintain a vibrant life? I would say GOD first and then my mother… are alway there for me in every way, to support and love me always.

Had to come back to these and take time to think about it. I became sick and my new puppy so I just want to get through the workouts. Now for my HEART CHECK.. honestly my emotions felt was the Holy Spirit in me, which brings joy to me. Even though my life is not perfect, it is just the way it should be and all I have to do is have faith and wait for things to change.

I’m am enjoying every about Corefirst. I’m getting stronger everyday.
