I would love push notifications of workouts. I only access this app to find a workout - meaning I don’t plan this in because I can’t. It would be fab to have a planner I can use to create my personal plan

Why does this say I don't have access to this video? I have a subscription to the CF app.

Fantastic- looking forward to new challenges. I would love a thorough description - like 4 days a week, 30 minutes each, focusing on (body part). Pilates isn't my main focus and this kind of information helps me plan.

What is JGTV and what should I expect from this partnership?

There are so many video examples for all the various moves- I love that! I would like to have some programming options where I can string them together with guidance. I know I can add them to a day on the calendar, but I need to start each one. I'd like for them to continuously play. Is that possible?

True, but those are sporadic. I also need a better description of the programs so I can incorporate with my other workouts. For example, it would be great to have the intro with a focus and then a weekly description- week 1, 4 workouts total focusing on hamstrings or core. Week 2...etc. Fair warning the program is coming would be good to. I would prefer the website and the app to work together- that's a no brainer for 2024. The price point of the app is quite high considering the limited number of workouts.

I believe you have to go to the website and log in there. Good luck!

Would it be possible to add more details to the workout name? When I read on my phone, I can see the location and have to click in to read more. It would also be great if I could search by core, hamstrings, etc.

I lift heavy weights and cannot tell you how Corefirst has transformed my ability to lift. I can actually activate the right muscles and the progress I'm making is amazing. Oh, and I'm 52.
