Hi all! We've just added workouts to the calendar for the next two weeks and starting August 21st they will include workouts with John Garey's new Program! If you're just getting started, today is a great day to start with the short Pilates Fundamentals session! We've also added a stretch session as an option next week, so you can do the workout and stretch or just choose what you're up for that day.
Thanks for hanging in there with us! As a company, we've been going through some exciting changes and you can expect a lot more content, challenges and daily workouts to the calendar moving forward!
