Tracey! I am so excited to see you on Corefirst! I just got my product and membership and can’t wait to start one of your workouts here. I followed your workouts for about 10 years and am also a Pilates Instructor. I’m a mom of 3 kids under the age of 5 so getting to a reformer is just not possible right now and the Corefirst workout has felt so therapeutic on my postpartum body and I just love what it is doing for my core! I could go on and on but I won’t 😆 I just wanted to leave you a warm welcome. You are so lovely and we are lucky to have you here 🥰

O-M-G!!!!! Tracey Mallett is the best! I am so excited to have here wow! I followed her on Pilates Anytime and Booty Barre - I’m even happier now that I signed up for the year membership for Corefirst 🥳

I like to do a combo of HIIT/kettlebell training, Pilates/TRX and filter in some cycling and running. I find that the combo of resistance training, HIIT cardio, weight lifting offer a balanced approach.

This is very exciting! I miss being on the reformer so much and your product is the first at home version that really mimics it. I have been eager for Corefirst classes with a more challenging and continuous flow of pilates so I’m so here for this!

Hi! I’m a Pilates instructor and very happy with the Corefirst product. I love talking anything Pilates haha! I can vouch for the product quality but you do need space in terms of length. I would say best guess 6-7ft or a bit more of space to roll out your mat from your anchor point. I wrap mine around the leg of my dining room table which is very sturdy. You could also anchor it in a doorway. What are your options? I hope it can work for you!

One of my favs! I love seeing the classical front rowing and feet in straps as well as the booty burn variations of clamshell with the bands. Pleaseee bring us longer flowing workouts without the breaks in between. I’d love to see 45 min workouts with a constant flow.
