By far my favorite in the series - it felt delicious and challenging at the same time. I liked the feel of standing splits on reformer and I used heavy for the legs then switched to medium for abs and arms. Especially loved the carriage pull in and out for planks - great solid ab burn and the low belly work was nice and deceptive!

Worked those hard to get spots so well! Putting a reminder here for myself to go with one heavy for the arm. I found 1 medium a bit light but 2 medium was a bit too much.
