I had to take a couple of weeks off workouts, for all sorts of reasons. This felt like such a good way to get started again,  challenging but not annihilating! Thank you!

I cannot believe there are no comments yet on this one.

The 23 minutes felt like 46 minutes - and I mean that as a compliment. I was bathed in sweat by the end, but felt like I was building strength and making deep corrections to my posture the entire time.

Tracey and Madison are in such great shape, it's really motivating.

Thanks for these reminders and good suggestions. My downfall is the time between finishing work and eating dinner. My Vitamix was great for breakfast smoothies but finally gave up the ghost after about ten years... looking forward to replacing it in the Black Friday sales.

This is a fabulous core workout! I had to modify on the first move because of a dodgy knee, but everything else felt challenging but great. Love Madison's queuing!

I feel like I've just discovered a hidden gem! If you are older, if you are building back from childbirth or injury, if you need a great but somehow also calming workout for your core, this is brilliant. Loved the reminders to breathe and engage the core, next best thing to having my Pilates instructor make a house call!
