The corrections and cueing and reminders to constantly engage my core. Good form is so important for injury prevention as well as all the other benefits.

I know she doesn't look it, but Tracey Mallett is 52. I know you said late fifties, but I've been working out with Tracey - first on dvd, now online - for decades now!

Number 6 - improved insulin sensitivity - is news to me. Good news!

Time constraints. I love the workouts, and if I worked less hours and my house would clean itself I would always workout twice a day - one for stretching and one for cardio or strength!

Love it! Tracey's energy, coaching and queuing through the exercises and transitions are so helpful.

I was confused by the editing/ending of Workout One - it seems to just stop mid-exercise. I thought maybe Workout Two took over from where Fat Burn Workout One ends, but it doesn't?

I am deliberately going slow as I get used to the CoreFirst, but I am already seeing and feeling positive changes in my body. Villa Del Mar has been a great starting point for me, and each time I repeat a workout I notice a detail I'd overlooked. I would love to see a cool down/stretching workout for evenings or for use after a more strenuous workout,

Adding strength and improving muscle tone.

Am I missing anything by not downloading the app? I've paid for all access, but can I access all the workouts here? My phone is at capacity for storage.

Thanks, Patinka! I've been starting slowly with my new Corefirst and just doing the Fundamentals every day for the first week - I will look forward to more guidance now that I'm graduating to longer workouts!

I wish there was a video on adjusting the straps - I feel like I',m missing something, although I'm definitely getting a lot out of the exercises.
