I jave started to explore program 3 videos and have found the side body work a challenge. I get a bit of hip pain while lying on my side. The movement does cause any pain. Are there pads that can help?
My other challenge is staying up on my arm with my rib cage up. I end up sinking into my shoulder. Any suggestions to help until I build more shoulder strength?

My first challenge since starting CoreFirst. Didn't think I would make it but I did. This challenge showed me that I can do some of the harder workouts. I have been doing program 4 for months. Looking forward to the next challenge. CoreFirst has been life changing for me!

I have been doing Corefirst for about 7 months but doing the same videos over and over. I didn't think I was ready to move on. This challenge has shown me that I am ready to move on. Some moves are still hard but will get easier with time.
