My goal for this month and year is to show up... whatever that means in the moment. Even if showing up means to be active 3 days a week instead of 5. Show up for myself and appreciate the moment when it's happening.

Hey y'all!! I'm from Louisiana, wifey of 33 years and mommy to a beautiful 29 year old daughter and to the coolest son-in-law ever. The hubster and I are making empty-nesting our new hobby. I agree with Heidi, it's a bit confusing, especially with two posts with the fun disco ball. I think we should post "Done" on the videos instead. I am loving these challenges!!
