this was unexpected! really great...

thanks for the info. follow up question. you mentioned storing 2 sets of bands; are there extra handles available? sometimes I want to switch but I don't because of the hassle of switching the handles. it would be really nice to be able to double up on them or switch from different bands more easily.

I loved it. I particularly appreciated how the sessions kept moving without a lot of time spent on unnecessary explanation. My only complaint is that it's over and now I don't know what I'm going to do for the next month! maybe I'll repeat it, I hope you have plans to do more for us!

I really like this one too! When I put the ball between my legs, I'm pretty short and the ball is basically sitting on the ground, is there a modification? should I use a smaller ball? I can still squeeze it a little but I'm not holding it up in any way.

love this challenge. yes, I've joined and it's great, although like another poster said, it's a bit easy so I have to do modifications to up my game, but no worries, I can do that! I hope you do another program, maybe an advanced one? šŸ™‚ā¤ļø

I didn't think it was doing anything and then by the time we got to the bridges, my legs were shaking. just holding the ball. Good stuff. thank you!

Do you have any suggestions for what to use in place of the ball until we can get one? Usually the videos offer an alternative but this one didnt. I tried to improvise and didn't do so well. Despite the struggle, I really like this workout and am so happy for a new challenge!! Happy New Year.
