Same as all of the above...this took way more core strength and flexibility than I have right now! Just can't straighten my legs at that angle and do all that core work. Will have to try it again in a month and see if it's better.

Love doing the arms with the bands at the end along with the legs. Such an effective combo...I'm out of breath!

I made this over the weekend and loved it so much, decided to add lemon zest for an extra lemony kick. I grazed on it for 3 days!

Honestly I am energized in January! I'm usually relieved that the hustle of the Christmas holidays is over and I'm excited to start a new year fresh with new goals. I'm doing 3 challenges this month...corefirst, a no alcohol challenge, and a gut microbiome challenge. I feel great!

I've been trying to eat in a 10 hour window and fast for 14. It was hard for a few days but has gotten easier!

I have never been consistent with my Corefirst workouts since getting my equipment last year but I signed up for the 30 day challenge and I absolutely love it! It's hitting muscles I haven't felt sore in for a long time and it's such a feel-good sore that I know this will be much more in more workout routine!
