I haven't used my CoreFirst in several months and WOW! I've been using dumbbells but it's amazing how this band just hits everything differently and makes such an impact!! Fan for life!

I absolutely loved this challenge! I really needed this and it's got me fired up to keep going with more workouts on the app that I haven't tried yet. Keep more challenges coming please! They're so motivating.

I did a no alcohol January and while I will admit that I had 2 slip ups in the month, that was 29 days out of 31 that I had no alcohol and I'm proud of that!

I love a good targeted arm workout and this fit the bill! I saved it as a favorite! Was a little hard on my knees but I stood a few times to give them a break.

I’m several days behind but this has been so great for me! I’ve only used my Corefirst band sporadically but this has really got me excited about the ways I can work my muscles outside of weights. I’m hooked!

Same as all of the above...this took way more core strength and flexibility than I have right now! Just can't straighten my legs at that angle and do all that core work. Will have to try it again in a month and see if it's better.
