This was the first challenge that I have done some sort of physical exercise every single day plus my regular daily routine of chores and daily life fitness. I am very thankful for this challenge. I am very thankful for my mind and body pushing through the hard days. It was difficult to do a video every day for me or sometimes three videos. Sometimes I had to double up and that's OK. Thank you core first for an amazing challenge. We did it!!!!

This was a good one! A lot of planking hard on my wrists so I made fists and that helped a lot. I saw Madison making them and notices she uses fists a lot in other videos - thanks for that tip, Madison.
