Good morning folks! How is everyone doing with racking up those 150 workout minutes?
Here are some helpful reminders:

-You do not have to follow the workouts we placed on the calendar! Every Corefirst workout counts between Monday, June 5th at 12:00 am- Friday, June 9th at 11:59 pm.

- PLEASE REMEMBER to comment below the "The Core Crushers Club: THE JUNE JAUNT" post before the deadline to be entered into the drawing! You will not be entered if you only comment below the videos themselves.

This is a bit up to trial and error as it also plays into how much resistance you'd like in your Zones (further away=more resistance) but typically around 2' away.
Hi Lana! You do not have to comment "DONE" on each video! Just the original Challenge post on the community when you've finished all your workout minutes (150) ! Don't worry!
