COREFIRST™ PILATES

That’s great. Do it and get it done before you’re fully awake and want to say “no way!” 😂

Hi Jesse! Thank you for your feedback. We actually don't do this because we want to give everyone the opportunity to choose which resistance level works best for them. Rather than feeling the need to match our professional trainers, we give the user the opportunity to have it more customized and attuned to their own personal fitness level. While there are more "advanced" moves in Pilates, ALL classes work for ALL fitness levels due to modifications our instructors demonstrate and describe, these include positioning adjustments (moving closer/further away from the anchor, using an accessory for assistance and support, etc.) and resistance level. Both are fluid and can be altered for comfort and effectiveness! If it helps you personally, you can also look at the colors of the resistance band and Circle Bands the instructors are using.

Today is our first workout highlight with our newest 5-Minute Home Pilates Series! After having a week to give it a try, what do you think? Comment below!

Let’s dig into our Beginner Core video! All you need is your Corefirst and 5 uninterrupted minutes. Designed to cinch in the core like a corset as well as sprinkle in a few arm movements, you’ll be working HARD in those 5 minutes! What we really love about this workout is the ability to fit in a focused workout in the length of a commercial break!

Have a few minutes before the kids get out of school?

Hit the mat!

Wanna break a quick sweat during your lunch break?

Grab the bands!

There are zero excuses and only improvements from here on out!

We’ve all had those days were we really just do not want to workout. How can we drum up the drive and courage to push forth and get it done?

Hi Alexia! These videos were added by us. Unfortunately, this is a Beta feature (meaning the program we use is trying it out!), so you can't remove admin videos from your personal calendar just yet. Stay tuned for more updates. Rest assured, we don't add them on there that often. Just during launches and challenges.
