Hi! I totally understand! However, with the lower quality of filming, the difference in "cue" style, as well as the lack of accessory integration, the OG Program no longer represents who we are as a company. No worries though, we have plenty of programs around the corner!

Hi Constance! We always have new programs coming out and have some fun stuff cooking this fall. What you can do now is use our new 5-Minute Denver program and tack on a few "focused" 5-minute workouts onto one of our 30-minute workouts.

Hi Sandra! Look at that, you already have workout buddies coming to the rescue! I love to see this! I can totally understand how it can be overwhelming, but it really is true that you can start anywhere. Our programs do not have a difficulty level associated with them, YOU get to choose your own adventure when it comes to the modifications you take and the level of resistance you choose! For every move, our trainers will demonstrate and explain modifications you can take (choosing to use a chair, moving closer to the anchor point, repositioning the body to make it less challenging, etc.) and you can choose what works for you, your body, and your daily goals. I would definitely check out the Fundamentals Video in the Getting Started section(and maybe work through that a few times) and then would recommend trying out our Villas Del Mar program as a 15 minute series. try to complete 3-4 per week and see how you feel.
