Thank you for asking! Tracey Mallet is pendjng but We will be coming out with another program within the next 2-3 weeks and coming with a new program every 6 weeks or so and with Challenges in between. Stay tuned!

Hi Jeanette, we totally understand that! However, all our other workout videos are designed to give you that experience. This library is a collection of moves for you to incorporate into your personal practice. Ideal anchor height is right below knee level!

Hi Tracey! We find that placing your mat around 6-12 inches away from your anchor point works best. It can always be adjusted if you need more or less resistance based on the specific movement or workout!
