Great work Janna! This is a perfect opportunity to try a heavier resistance or add on harder modifications!

Terese Sides THIS!! This is what it's all about. We're working the body more efficiently, which makes it more effective and less taxing on the body!

Honestly, it is fantastic to split up your workout like that! No only does it make it easier to fit into your schedule, but it's a great way to stay consistently moving all day long!

Smashing it!!! Flexibility and stretching are so easily forgotten, but they play such a key role!

Hi there! We don’t list what resistances our instructors use as we want to give users the opportunity to choose what works best for them. Additionally, typically the instructor in the forefront uses a lighter resistance while the instructor in the back uses a greater resistance and more challenging modifications. If it helps, if it’s a generation 1 product (black bands) light bands have a white label, medium bands have a teal color label, and heavy bands have a black label! For the new generation, the level one (tan) is the lightest. Hope that helps!
