Hi Lou! No problem! If you don't finish it for some reason, we have another challenge right around the corner!

Hi Abby! Thanks for your comment! Typically it’s about 1-2 feet from the anchor point, however it’s entirely up to you as it depends on how much resistance you’d like to start with! Further away from anchor= greater starting resistance. :)

Small Wins

Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory worth celebrating. Did you complete that workout this week, conquer an extra mile on your daily walk, or simply choose a nutritious meal today? Those are your small wins, and they matter. Especially during the holidays, we need to give ourselves a break. 😊

Your fitness journey is a marathon, not a sprint. It's about progress and making the “next best step,” not about perfection. Each healthy choice you make, every positive change in your routine, contributes to your overall well-being. Instead of constantly looking at the big picture, celebrating the small triumphs can make the process more enjoyable, thus allowing you to stick with it long enough to SEE the big picture result!

Acknowledge the effort you've put in and let it fuel your motivation for the week ahead!
