Hey that's awesome! We started off with just 4-5 videos because we aren't sure how many people would like and didn't want to make it too challenging to achieve, but maybe we'll add a few more videos to the mix! Nice work!

Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis

We’re getting fancy over here! Now, we know Avocados cost an arm and a leg these days, but this recipe might just be worth it in our book!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • 200g dark chocolate, melted

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Raspberries (for coulis and garnish)

  • Splash of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine:

    • 3 ripe avocados

    • 200g melted dark chocolate

    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

    • 1/4 cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency for the avocado chocolate mousse.

  3. In a separate blender, make the raspberry coulis by blending:

    • Raspberries (quantity based on preference)

    • A splash of lemon juice

  4. Layer the avocado chocolate mousse with the raspberry coulis in serving glasses or bowls.

  5. Optionally, garnish with additional raspberries for a burst of freshness.

Feel free to adjust the quantities based on your taste preferences.

We received some awesome feedback that it may be helpful to have a revolving “ideal” weekly workout schedule, so we have added a “WEEKLY WORKOUTS” section to the homepage! These will change every Monday and will consist of 3-5 workouts to complete throughout the week if you so choose! Hi Lisa! The exercise library has quick-reference videos that are only about 30 seconds long. They're meant to demonstrate a move that you might not know, or to build your own workout. They aren't follow along classes, so you'll have to pause to then do the same move on the other side.
