Hi Judy! Welcome to the community! We're glad you're here! I would suggest giving our Weekly Workout section on the workout homepage a try! We have around 4-5 workouts that we rotate through each week when there isn't a challenge running! I would also suggest to join us for the 30-Day transformation challenge as well on January 8th! It's a great way to get started and establish a routine!

This is a great idea! Also, you can try to alternate and wear them like you would a reformer strap a few times to give your ankles a break!

Hi Julia! Welcome to the group! There are a few options! You can follow our workout collections (Vail, Villa del Mar, Fat Burn, etc.) like a daily calendar, or we also just started out Weekly Workouts on the app under the homepage! We also have a 30-day group challenge coming up on January 8th with a full 30-day calendar of workouts!
