Matcha Chia Pudding with Kiwi and Pistachio Dust

Description: A vibrant and antioxidant-rich chia pudding infused with matcha, layered with luscious kiwi slices, and topped with a sprinkle of pistachio dust for a refreshing and energizing twist.

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup chia seeds

• 1 cup almond milk

• 1 teaspoon matcha powder

• 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

• 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

• 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, matcha powder, and honey. Let it sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Once the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid, refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.

3. In serving glasses, layer the matcha chia pudding with slices of fresh kiwi.

4. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top for a delightful crunch.

5. Serve chilled and enjoy the unique blend of flavors and textures in every spoonful.

Hello Melissa. Thank you for commenting. Have you done all the programs already?

We usually come out with new programs with new workouts about every 3 months, with a potential of increasing it to every 6 weeks. Much like yoga, Pilates isn’t about a bunch of new movements or routines all the time but mastering the fundamentals and progressing with each one. We do monthly challenges that are planned out workouts with community because we have found this is the best way to keep people motivated, seeing progress and consistent.
