💜this series. I notice on the side lying with extension, that your leg is coming behind you instead of coming back to stationary leg(back side facing camera). Is that what should be done? Thank you!

I am veggie and tofu or tempeh is a great substitute. Violife ha a solid vegan feta. Great idea to offer recipes.

I loved the quad stretch! Core first really shows me a safer and slower way to stretch. It’s some thing that we generally don’t take time to do and it’s a great way to connect with your body and connect with your breath. Overall, it helps with longevity!

I am very self critical. I missed most of last week because I was sick. I look at the workouts, and wonder where I can double up to finish the challenge. 🙃

Act in bravery. I love this. I love the way you have diversified your workout offerings beyond Pilates. I would love it if you would consider a lifetime membership. I have one at Calm and it is a worthwhile investment.
