Took the 30 day challenge and did it! Didn't really think it would be as hard as it was at times kinda forgot what happened to me (I grew up) lol. I often told my phone nope I can't do that so... đ¤ˇđťââď¸ It's definitely been an experience and growth in reality, I plan on continuing to work! Hope to see ya'll there!
Hi all! Iâm doneđđ˝A great accomplishment for me. Thereâs a small glitch unless Iâm missing something. I completed all the videos but it reads Iâm at 98% completion? Anyone experiencing this? Iâm so happy. I feel my body has changed a bit. My muscles are definitely âlongerâ and Iâm performing much better in tennis!! A win win!! Thank you CFâ¤ď¸
