I moved and did it without the sliders maybe I’m still to close to the tether as I had no burn in my thighs

Are the sliders just meant to be used on non carpeted surfaces?

I’m enjoying all the workouts some I do have to modify as I have two bad knees but I won’t quit as I feel better since starting with Corefirst.

I’m working to create more vegetarian recipes as I’m a retired chef and healthcare worker. Likewise to take time to exercise everyday so I can enjoy both hiking and my other activities I like art, reading, planning my vegetable garden and I’m looking forward to Spring too see if my hardwork paid off with the 5000 bulbs I planted and over 50lbs of flower seed scattered in my different beds.

I too love the calendar it’s a nice to have the whole plan with a click. I have notice a big change I’m not hurting I feel great a difference already and I feel more energized.

Wonderful work my goal is to one day be flexible enough to bring my legs and toes over my head one day but I feel so much better.
