I am truly a beginner— advanced workout is super challenging. The first time was practice…later today I will give this one another try.

Okay, I am ready to get the first class under my belt. I thought there would be a link to the classes, but the calendar is not linked. Since the calendar shows V i l l a D e l M a r C o r e & U p p e r B o d y as the first class in the challenge, I went to "All Workouts" and found "Villa Del Mar" in the Collections, and the first one is "Villa Del Mar Core & Upper Body" so I am going to click on that 15 minute video and do it. I assume this is how the system will work: look at the calendar, go to the All Workouts page, and select the classes for the day. As much as I am excited about this challenge, I think the path to finding the workouts could have been way less challenging. If there is another way, please let me know...I have been scooting around the website for almost two hours. Now...on to core and upper body exercises!

Hi, I am Lani and my goal is to fall in love with Pilates! Years ago a friend who was in my walking group totally transformed her body--she told me it was by going to Pilates class. I took one class and quit. In my heart I know Pilates works, and today, I start the work. I joined this challenge because I knew I would need the support. I plan to be successful so I can be a fit, firm, flexible, trim and toned healthy woman!

Okay, I printed the calendar, have it front and center on my desk, and I am all set for the day 1 exercise. Excited!
