Hope this can help someone else with disabilities or injuries: I sometimes use my Core First bands when the exercise is too hard for my abilities due to strength from injury; so I am still participating and adding resistance to gain strength and momentum in forging forward. You can do this do not give up just modify in a method that still challenges you but does not injure you. I have the CF medium and heavy bands and they are goals for me to attain; NEVER GIVE UP on yourself the body is a miracle believe in it and it will believe in you!!!
