This one was really hard for me. * marked it un completed bc I didn’t feel I did it justice. As a beginner, this is one where I could see my core needs to get stronger!

I’m brand new to Corefirst and love it so far! Still trying to get used to the exercises and bands (never done Pilates before). The challenge is a great way to get used to everything!
