Completed this after a hiit workout. I enjoyed the calm setting and their soothing voices. Great way to start the challenge.

Thanks for sharing your raw feelings!! I was on the fence about this program back in June '23. I wasn't sure if it was a "want" or a "need". I workout 4-6x a week. Stretching, yoga, and pilates wasn't my thing but I knew how important I needed it for my 58yr old body. I'm so glad I took the chance!!! CF is exactly what I needed and it's a practice I look forward to completing. This current challenge was the best way to kick start my 2024 fitness journey. My workout journal reads, strength+CF, cardio+CF, tennis+CF..... The length of the workouts are ideal for me and I enjoy the trainers. This program is doable, affordable, and practical too!!!
