Challenging

I would like to see 45 minute videos not clipped from other videos that have a focus for the full 45 minutes. Right now the 30 minute videos are from 2 videos put together with a warm up and cool down that happen twice

I do like the exercise library as well. It may be nice if a user could string them together and add number of reps to create their own workout. And maybe share with the community. Ideally it would be great if the exercise library video contained a certain number of reps so the user could follow along in the video.

Would also like to see consistant naming in the videos so easier to add from the calendar. Love the calendar feature by the way.

In addition it would be nice if they listed additional items used in video description sliders, band, block etc...

I second this. Some videos also need better editing.

I would also like to see 30 or 45 minute workouts that aren't spliced from multiple videos

I think a cardio program would be great! It could incorporate exercises with and without the corefirst for a mix mix

Love this feature however I wish they were easier to add on the calendar side. For example I've been doing program 4 and wanted to add the workouts but some I couldn't just do by searching program 4 workout x. I think a more consistent naming would be benificial

COREFIRST™ i like the content there just have been a few that when put together all of a sudden wraps are off or already on another part of your body.  Then there was one on the 2 week challenge (a strength one) that i felt like i accidentally hit rewind or start over cause each exercise series in it they were starting with the same small talk wraps off so i was taking them off just to put them back on

this is wonderful!  Hopefuly it will include a mix of videos with a little better editing if utilizing existing videos

Newbie here what are some recommendations for beginner workouts? I see some have 1 2 3 with them is 1 beginner?
