So so good! Getting back on the CF train. Just the perfect timing (20 min) to get it in.Β A little sweat too. Great way for me to move again.Β

Question: typical workouts usually involve warm up and cool down. Although it’s low impact and we’re not breaking a sweat, is there more we could be doing before and after a session? For those that don’t include a stretching workout, of course.

I’m ready to try and try again to stick with a challenge. I think my first challenge is actually making time to move daily. A new habit. I will add this to my calendar. Ready to get stronger! πŸ’ͺ🏽

Using the gym in my building for the first time since moving in a few weeks ago. It was so easy to set up after finding a strap and carabiner to attach to the akt equipment already in there. Bonus: discovering a rowing machine next to me and trying it out. Another low impact way to move easily here at home. Win-win πŸ™ŒπŸ½
