Done! Thank you Corefirst for a great challenge! 30 minutes every day really stepped it up for me and I am sore today! Thankful for the restful weekend ahead but feeling so strong in my core and body tonight!

Katherine does such a good job with this one. Piecibg two workouts together is ok, but in the future, one solid workout benefits more by continuing the burn.Thanks Katherine and Corefirst!
