That's okay! Really try to focus on the Push and Pull from each move and actively engage those muscles.

Hi Gina, 

There are few workouts that are good for injuries/recovery. However, Pilates is  great for recovery because it's the only one that can really be adapted to you and your needs!

Yes, that can be challenging! Use the directions form your doctor, and go slow! When something hurts or feels uncomfortable, pull back!

Very few of our workouts involve jumping as that isn't a core feature of Pilates in general. It's a low impact workout at heart! Check out our Fat Burn program!
